How to Order Your Custom Jewelry
Follow these simple steps to bring your vision to life. Each piece is crafted with care and precision specifically for you.
Step 1: Select Your Favorite Style
Browse our collections and click on the product page of the design that resonates with you.
Step 2: Choose Your Specifications
Select the specific details for your piece, including Material (e.g., 925 Sterling Silver, 18K Gold), Ring Size, your choice of Birthstones and so on.
Step 3: Provide Customization Details
Follow the prompts to personalize your item. You can type in your engraving text or upload high-resolution images for specialized custom designs.
Step 4: Add to Cart
Once you have finalized your customization, click the "Add to Cart" button to save your design and proceed.Apply a Discount Code (if applicable).
Step 5: Secure Checkout via PayPal
Click the PayPal payment option. After logging in, you will be prompted to:
Enter your Shipping Address(Shipping Method will be Standard Shipping - for Free)
Pay with Paypal account
Enter your PayPal account and password, it is quickly and easily to complete the payment for the order.
Debit or Credit Card with Paypal account
If you don’t have a PayPal account, please no worries, you can still make a payment using a debit or credit card. Simply follow the instructions shown below.
Please follow PayPal’s prompts to enter your card details and personal information step by step to complete the payment.
Step 6: Design Confirmation
After receiving your order, our team will contact you via email to verify all production details. Please monitor your inbox to ensure your customization is exactly as you imagined.
Your order will enter the production phase upon receipt of your confirmation regarding the production details
Step 7: Artisan Crafting & Packaging
Note: Custom production typically takes 15 Business Days. Once your piece is finished, it undergoes a rigorous Quality Check and is meticulously packaged in our premium gift boxes.
Step 8: Track Your Order
As soon as your package is dispatched, we will upload the Tracking Number. You can view your shipment progress at any time by clicking on "Order Details" in your account.

Delivery Time: Standard shipping usually takes 10-15 business days.
