Shipping Policy

*Order Confirmation: Your order will enter the production phase upon receipt of your confirmation regarding the production details

1. Delivery Timeline
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time: 15 Business Days (All items are custom-made).
Shipping Time:
Standard Shipping: 10 - 15 Business Days(Free)
Express Shipping: 3 - 5 Business Days(Different addresses and pieces will result in different final costs.)

2. Shipping Regions: 
We currently ship only to the USA. In the future, we will try to expand our logistics services to more regions.

3. Address Restrictions
To ensure successful delivery, please note the following:  
• PO Box addresses are not eligible for expedited shipping, as courier services do not deliver to post office boxes.  
• APO addresses (U.S. military addresses) are not accepted for any shipping method. Kindly provide an alternative physical delivery address.

4. Tracking
A tracking number will be sent via email once your order is dispatched.
You can track your package on our website under the "Order Tracking" page.

5. Customs & Taxes
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price, and buyers are responsible for the taxes per local customs regulations.

6. Address Changes
Address changes are only accepted within 24 hours of order placement. Contact: [Your Email].

7. Damaged or Lost Items
Damaged: Report with photos within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Lost: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it yet, please contact us immediately.
