Return & Refund Policy

1. Custom Product Policy
Since each item at merovow is uniquely personalized (engravings, specific sizes, custom photos), we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality issues, such as:

Change of mind or personal preference.

Incorrect ring size provided by the customer.

Spelling errors made by the customer during ordering.

2. Quality Issues & Errors
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, or if we made an error in your customization, we will remake it for free or offer a full refund as you request.

Eligible Scenarios: Damaged items,  wrong size sent (different from the order), or incorrect engraving by us.

Timeframe: Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Evidence Required: Please email [Your Email] with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.

3. Order Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of purchase.

4. Return Process
-Please contact us at (mail address) if you want to return the order.

-Please include the following order information:
Full name, Address, Order Number, Date of purchase, Type of pendant purchased, Problem with order.

-Once it has been authorized by our team:
Items must be in their original, unworn condition with original packaging.

-Send your item(s), original packing materials, and original invoice to us by an insured courier (UPS or Registered Mail) and retain the tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. 

-Send your package to:

All returned items are inspected upon receipt prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. Merchandise that does not match our product data in our records will be returned or refused.

-Return Shipping: We cover the shipping cost for quality-related returns. For all other authorized returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (PayPal) within 5-10 business days
